The kitchen lies just beyond: bespoke oak cabinetry, bronzed units overhead and smooth stone worktops. A breakfast table looks out across the streets, catching light from both sides.

To the opposite end, two double bedrooms are finished with custom joinery. The principal is calm and uncluttered, with a sash window filtering in light. The second, fitted with a full wall of oak shelving and concealed storage, serves equally well as a study or guest room. A modern shower room completes the plan.
