Stone walls and carefully curated planting ground the exterior in its setting, while interiors by local architects Monica Fullana and Jordi Carreno reflect a restrained, contemporary approach that prioritises light, texture and views across the sea.

Inside, an open-plan living and dining space unfolds around a solid wood table paired with Timothy Oulton leather chairs. Gervasoni sofas and an AA Butterfly armchair are positioned to look out to the garden and ocean beyond, a Bang & Olufsen sound system amps up the calming feel. Adjoining this space, the kitchen is designed with entertaining in mind, featuring a natural wood breakfast bar and sleek white cabinetry. A spiral staircase leads to the lower ground floor, where a cosy snug occupies the space, accompanied by a discreet laundry room tucked neatly out of sight.

Floor-to-ceiling glass doors slide away to connect the interior with a generous terrace. Beneath a woven canopy, an al fresco dining area is furnished with Italian outdoor pieces by Roda. A shaded seating area sits beneath a wooden pergola, while the opposite side of the terrace is arranged for sunbathing. A daybed overlooks the L-shaped infinity pool, with uninterrupted views stretching out towards the Mediterranean.

The bedrooms continue the home’s Ibicencan feel, with neutral tones, exposed stonework and an emphasis on natural light. The principal suite opens onto a private terrace furnished with Roda sofas and enjoying another round of far-reaching sea views. Its en suite bathroom is designed to evoke a spa-like atmosphere, complete with a freestanding bath and walk-in rainfall shower. Three additional bedrooms follow the same design, each with its own bathroom.
