Based in West London, Blank Slate work globally on both private residences and boutique commercial projects. Their belief is to be thoughtful in practice, taking time to deeply understand the client’s perspective and create comfortable and approachable interiors. No two clients have the same lives, share the same tastes or vision, just as no two spaces are ever the same. Each has their own personality, proportions and natural light.

Drawing upon a range of influences including the historical, art, and the old and new, they create timeless interiors. There to assist in all aspects of a project from the conceptual stage to final implementation, they work collaboratively with architects, builders, crafts-people, makers, artists and artisan designers.

Specialising in functional beautiful spaces, the studio layers textiles with one of a kind pieces that range from bespoke made to vintage, to create a balanced interior. With principal designer Bari at the helm, a hands-on approach means getting to know clients and understanding their needs and preferences. The result? Design-led interiors that allow their inhabitants to feel good.
