Enjoy access to super-fast wi-fi and a smart TV, plus integrated kitchen appliances and intuitive storage that keeps everything effortlessly in place. A greater footprint encourages easy resting: expect a separate bedroom or more spacious layout, a bespoke bed with a Hypnos mattress, and a sleek en suite stocked with organic products. Housekeeping is included, while air conditioning ensures easy, comfortable days – whether you’re working, creating or relaxing.

Beyond the studios, thoughtfully designed communal spaces enhance the experience. A lounge on the tenth-floor invites residents to share meals, drinks and conversation against panoramic city views. Downstairs by the water, a restaurant and bar from the teams behind Bar Crispin and Bistro Freddie serves seasonal menus and grab-and-go coffee and deli snacks.
