The foundation of the architecture office SPEECH in 2006 by Sergey Tchoban and Sergey Kuznetsov was encouraged by the architects' longstanding former collaboration. Currently the office employs more than 100 architects, designers and graphic designers, which are involved in a large number of projects for Moscow, St Petersburg and other cities of Russia and the CIS countries. The office profits from the experience of both partners in building and urban design of various applications and different degrees of complexity. The combination of technical and constructive know-how abreast world standard, sustainable solutions accounting for local specialities of planning and realization of buildings in Russia make SPEECH one of the leading architectural offices in Moscow. Their projects are notable for the conjunction of a modern architectural language and a considerate treatment of landscape and urban context as well as the traditions of the particular places. Furthermore, SPEECH stands out for the considerate work on all planning phases - from the initial concept to the realization of solitary details. Many designs by Sergey Tchoban and Sergey Kuznetsov were presented at the most prestigious exhibitions, as the famous annual fairs Arch Moscow and Zodchestvo, The Schusev State Architectural Museum in Moscow [MUAR], the Aedes Gallery Berlin, MIPIM in Cannes, among others. In 2010, Sergey Tchoban was co-curator of the Russian pavilion at the XII. Architecture Biennale in Venice whereas "SPEECH Tchoban/Kuznetsov" were responsible for the exhibition design.
