From coastline to countryside, explore spaces that capture Ibiza’s many moods.

Ibiza is an island of contrasts: quiet valleys and spirited towns; historic fincas and bold modernist villas. The homes we sold in 2025 evoke that interplay – of modern architecture tempered by rustic materials, open-plan living spaces that unfold onto pine surrounded terraces, and infinity pools that stretch towards the horizon.

Life on the island is lived in these in-between spaces, where old and new, inside and out, serenity and spectacle coexist. Wherever our clients wanted to be, we found homes – many exclusive to us – to match. In no particular order, these are the properties that defined Balearic living in 2025.

Villa Vedra, South West Ibiza

Skirting Ibiza’s south coast with sweeping views of Es Vedrà, Villa Vedra is Romano Arquitectos’ sculptural ode to Mediterranean escapism. Lateral, cubic forms, concrete walls and low-slung furnishings hint at sixties modernism, while native landscaping by Laterna Studio embeds the villa in its dramatic surroundings. Throughout the home, the glittering ocean is framed from every angle, turning the horizon into part of the architecture.

El Palacio Blanco, Sant Llorenç

Nestled in the northeastern hills, Rolf Blakstad’s first project reimagines the traditional Ibicencan riad with rhythmic Moorish design. Set among the highest homes on the island, sunrise, sunset and sweeping countryside views roll into view. Courtyards, domed ceilings and shaded terraces fold indoor and outdoor spaces into one, offering a scenic backdrop that takes you from morning yoga to golden-hour rituals.

Can Jondal, Sa Caleta

On the edge of Sa Caleta, this bay-side villa reads as a study in balance: classic forms softened by contemporary lines. Glass walls dissolve into terraces beneath Sabina-beamed roofs, where a saltwater pool stretches out with a tranquil waterfall. Pergolas, a rooftop terrace and an outdoor kitchen choreograph moments of leisure and conviviality, while a tennis court is set to get endorphins running high.

Casa Marta

Can Tarida, South West Ibiza

At Can Tarida, the island’s natural beauty is ever-present. Sunlit gardens surround this glass-panelled home, interiors are rustically textured, while the white sands of Cala Tarida are just a short walk away. Spend a day at the beach before returning home to the glistening swimming pool, sunset views and serene bedroom suites.

Can Alban, North East Ibiza

On the outskirts of Santa Eulalia, this eight-bedroom villa sits quietly among a hamlet-like cluster of homes immersed in the stillness and calm of Ibiza’s rolling countryside. Interiors capture Ibicencan character: all Sabina beams, stone walls and painted ceilings, while contemporary glass walls open onto tiered gardens and two swimming pools.

Can Falco, North East Ibiza

Sequestered in the rugged north – a region revered for its tranquil atmosphere – this rustic finca offers showstopping mountain views and a rare opportunity for redevelopment. Whitewashed walls and Sabina beams paint a quintessentially Balearic scene, continued further by sun-drenched pergolas and the soothing pool. For shifting light and panoramic vistas, the upper terraces provide the perfect vantage points.

Villa Adastra, South West Ibiza

High above the southern shoreline, Villa Adastra frames widescreen sea views with architecture that leans into the landscape. Calm prevails across three levels, as wall-to-wall glazing dissolves the boundary between home and horizon. Slide open the doors and the living space spills onto a wraparound terrace – a welcome setting for slow mornings and golden-hour gatherings.
