On the doorstep to Notting Hill and Holland Park, this Grade II-listed building is a showpiece of Arts and Crafts architecture. Inside, a one-bedroom apartment honours its rich cultural heritage with fine-tuned interior design.

Lansdowne Road is one of the area’s most prestigious streets, with the eponymous Lansdowne House being a treasured architectural landmark – first built as a selection of artists’ workshops in 1904 by William Flockhart. With its blue plaque beaming against stock brickwork, the towering building charms across eight storeys; hallmarks of its Arts & Craft design include the asymmetrical frontage, small metal-paned windows and a striking stepped gable. The building continued to be a site of creativity, later housing the recording studios for the likes of Queen, Shirley Bassey and John Lennon. Today, the artistic legacy lives on in this sophisticated one-bedroom apartment, flawlessly renovated with bold materials and bespoke finishes.

Past the large studded oak door leads, the entrance lobby features a lift to take you to the second floor.
