The seamless meeting of architecture and interior design, Margot Tsim works holistically, taking inspiration from global cities such as New York and Tokyo to influence her designs.
Earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts and Architecture from Rhode Island School of Design, Margot went on to work at the Rockwell Group in New York and Candy & Candy in London. From here, she was compelled to set up her own practice – focusing on how spaces truly make her clients feel. Margot believes that there is one unifying theme in each of her projects: at their heart, whether they are residential or commercial, every interior space has a profound effect on our mindset and quality of life. Blending contemporary minimalism with a timeless elegance, Margot’s designs are expertly considered and passion-led.
Clean lines set the stage for innovative lighting; homely furnishings are infused with exposed materiality. Sourcing modern and vintage pieces, her acute eye for tone, texture and composition is showcased in each project she conducts.
