Ledbury Studio

Founded by Charlie Smallbone in 2018, the Notting Hill-based studio brings together traditional craftsmanship, contemporary design and a strong understanding of how homes are used.

Specialising in bespoke kitchens and fitted furniture, the studio balances time-honoured making techniques with a distinctly contemporary outlook.

Hand-finished metals, richly figured timbers, bespoke hardware and carefully patinated surfaces bring depth and individuality, while layouts are shaped around the rituals of cooking, gathering and everyday life. Each project is developed around the client, the architecture and the practical demands of the space, with curiosity and care.

Alongside kitchens, Ledbury Studio designs furniture for living rooms, libraries, bedrooms, bars and other areas of the home. Its work is characterised by careful detailing, durable materials and a clear focus on function.
