Guided by philosophical, spiritual and scientific pools of thought, Laura De Grinyo’s ceramics process and pieces are compelling.
After gaining a wealth of design expertise working in the Spanish fashion and arts industries, Laura De Grinyo returned to her native island of Ibiza to pursue claywork. She trained with ceramics master Adrián Ribas and set up her own garden studio in 2020; her practice has since skyrocketed, creating ceramics for clients across the world — including an exclusive collaboration with Loewe for Harrods.
The natural beauty of Ibiza inspires her classic-yet-contemporary style, using organic colours that recall the island’s tonal palette. Most recently, Laura has ventured into the art of furniture-making and has expanded her creative repertoire to include tables, lighting and garden decor.
