Drawing inspiration from traditional Indian crafts, Kam Ce Kam offers contemporary and sustainable furniture conceived through traditional manufacturing methods.
Indian materiality with a contemporary design ideology. Kam Ce Kam was launched in 2019 to be a total union of Indian and British cultures, with the creative director, Jehanara Knowles, having grown up between New Delhi and London. The brand celebrates traditional techniques such as weaving and stone carving, revitalising these crafts through a modern aesthetic. Sustainability and the use of high-quality materials defines their practice; hand-carved timber, moulded marbles, stitched leather and handmade ceramics are showcased in their collection.
Furnish your home with sculptural wicker seating or a coffee table with recycled marble, or soft furnishings made by a collective of women in East India. Kam Ce Kam also offers a bespoke service in collaboration with their artisans, for any customs designs or specific finishes you may want.
