Offering a plenitude of design services, Finkernagel Ross specialise in architecture, interiors, landscaping and bespoke furniture creation in both commercial and residential settings. With studios in London and Germany, the team are inspired by their international clientele and diverse cultural locales. Based on Shoreditch High Street, the infectious energy from the city is a point of motivation and inspiration for the team. In a similar vein, their Hamburg office is surrounded by architects and designers – an urban landscape defined by its creative inhabitants.  

Their portfolio is diverse and all-encompassing, ranging from mews homes in Kensington and Belgravia to a Baltic sea house along the German coastline, and even a life-size Camera Obscura for the London Festival of Architecture. Time-honoured materials such as marble, timber and steel are present throughout their work – the team herald the “age-old craft of making”, drawing inspiration from traditional methods of carpentry for their furniture and joinery.

Whilst the aesthetic and structural elements of their projects are completely individual, they all share in a sense of excitement and intrigue. Their key objective? To create spaces that blow their clients away.
