A six-bedroom villa with modern design and contemporary comforts. Plus a charming private woodland.
Perched on the secluded pine tufted hills between Ibiza Town and Santa Eulalia, this exquisite multi-housed hideaway enjoys sweeping panoramic views of the rolling Ibicencan countryside.
The main house – a classic finca style – is home to the principal suite, along with two further guest rooms. Thick stone walls, rustic wooden doors and exposed Sabina beams are beautifully juxtaposed with a polished Calacatta marble floor, while open fireplaces abound in many of the rooms. A shaded dining terrace with a Sabina beamed-roof trailed with fragrant Bougainvillea is served by an outdoor kitchen. Upstairs, the principal bedroom has its own private suntrap terrace, while individually-styled bedrooms are served by zellige tiled bathrooms.
Another large guest house villa sleeps up to eight, with an open-plan living area and interiors that strike a contemporary chord. An additional old stone guest house sleeps a further two. The house is surrounded by planted palms and with steps leading down to a large sun terrace with a pool. In one corner of the terrace, a Sabina beam and stone pagoda with an outdoor bar, plus a living room – an ideal spot for entertaining. Another pool, a barbecue area, plus a games lawn and secret woodland means there’s enough here to keep guests amused for hours.
