The far-reaching views at La Vue wind all the way down to the sea.

From its elevated vantage point high in the gated Can Furnet community, this pristine apartment surveys its surroundings. Stretching out in the distance, the Talamanca coastline greets the horizon. The bright lights of Ibiza Town are close by here – although you’re still far away enough to escape the buzz if you want to.

Wall-to-wall glazing frames the enviable views in the open-plan living space. Bright and inviting, and loosely sub-divided into spaces for cooking, dining and relaxing, there’s an ease to everyday life here. A neutral colour palette and pared-back design means the finish is as practical as it is stylish. A streamlined kitchen flows into a scenic eating area. To the rear, beams crown a cosy nook, while another seating space faces the scenery.

From here, step outside and straight into the pool. To either side, two terraces – one of which is covered – are positioned to kick back post dip. When the shade beckons, pull down the retractable awning. Below, a further terrace is set up for al fresco dining.

All three bedrooms share the same calming feel – think white walls and clutter-free design. The principal enjoys an en suite shower room, while a bathroom clad in sky-blue tiles serves two guest bedrooms, accessed via a spiral staircase.
