If your property is not managed by Domus Nova and you need assistance with maintenance issues, our Property Management team is on hand to help. Please refer to the list of services for non-managed properties for an overview of what we can help with and the applicable costs.
Vacant management
If you need management of your property in between tenancies, Domus Nova can manage it while un-tenanted. Your dedicated property manager will ensure the property is maintained throughout this period by carrying out bi-weekly property inspections, checking for obvious signs of damage and disrepair (leaks, damp patches, broken items). They will also collect post and other specific items from the property on your behalf as well as facilitate the payment of any bills/service charges provided funds are available on your account with Domus Nova. Any maintenance required and costs incurred are in addition to our management fee.
Type | Cost |
---|---|
Vacant management fee | £100 + VAT (£120 inc VAT) per week until tenanted, paid monthly in advance |
Home management
Domus Nova also manages properties for live-in homeowners or those who use their homes as a pied-à-terre (occasional use). Depending on your requirements, we can actively manage your home and ensure it is prepared for your use as and when you need it. The services provided within ‘vacant management’ are included in Home Management as well as the addition of a more ‘bespoke’ approach. This can range from moving an owner’s car from one location to another, right up to supervising and facilitating planning consent and building regulations approval on large projects. It is dependent on the individual needs of the client at any one time. Again, any maintenance required and costs incurred are in addition to our management fee.

Home management fee | £500 + VAT (£600 inc VAT) per month, paid quarterly in advance |
Tenant/Applicant References Carried out by an independent referencing agency | £50 + VAT (£60 + VAT) per tenant/applicant or Guarantor |
