Set amid unspoilt natural surroundings, Villa Juliet is a study in timeless Mediterranean architecture. Traditional materials sit alongside considered modern furnishings, striking a considered balance between authenticity and understated design. Adding to its appeal, the villa enjoys sweeping sunrise and sunset views, offering a rare sense of seclusion while just moments from nearby San José.
Inside, Ibicencan design sets the tone. A neutral palette and contemporary lines create a calm, cohesive flow, while a wall of windows in the living space frames uninterrupted snapshots of the sea and rugged coastline beyond. Comfortable sofas and tactile, natural furnishings soften the whitewashed walls, their clean finish offset by organic textures. A traditional log burner keeps things cosy come the winter months. To the rear, a fully equipped kitchen opens directly onto a pergola-shaded terrace and lush lawns, blurring the boundary between indoors and out.
Outside, the 12 metre swimming pool takes centre stage, bordered by sun-drenched terraces and pockets of shade designed for long, languid afternoons. A seating area beneath a Sabina-beam pergola provides an ideal setting for sunset drinks, before moving to the outdoor kitchen for relaxed al fresco dining as dusk settles.
Back inside, six bedroom suites continue the villa’s sanctuary-like feel. Dressed in soft, neutral materials and flooded with natural light, each bedroom is paired with a serene bathroom finished in natural stone, complete with large mirrors and rainfall showers. The result: sleeping quarters that feel both quietly luxurious and effortlessly connected to their surroundings.
