Principles of time and transformation are key to this studio, offering gardens that honour and protect Ibiza’s rich environment.
Founded in 2016, Anne-Fleur’s landscape architecture studio takes on horticultural projects in both the public and private domain with a forward-thinking approach and emphasis on sustainability and the collective. After graduating with a master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from the Academie van Bouwkunst in Amsterdam, Dutch-born Anne-Fleur moved to Ibiza, where she is continually empowered and inspired by the beauty and intricacies of the Ibicencan landscape.
With a growing consciousness of Ibiza’s landscape typology, Anne-Fleur’s studio works to honour and preserve it, seeking to enhance the sustainability of the island in doing so. Working from the design process through to the execution of the project, Anne-Fleur retains an analytic and inquisitive mindset, pondering the relation between man and space throughout her work. Projects to note include the total renovation of a tropical botanical garden and the creation of a monochromatic outdoor space.
