As a studio, Cúpla are guided by the ideas of juxtaposition, eclecticism, balance and warmth. The notion of parity sits at the core of their work; the belief that one finds its place through its relationship with another.
Founded by Gemma McCloskey, she spent 13 years at the top of the design industry. Having spearheaded projects across the UK and Australia, Gemma founded Cúpla in 2022. Within the first year of trading, the studio completed 6 projects, ranging from vibrant private residences to the RIXO Flagship on the Kings Road.
