The kitchen takes pride of place with cherry plywood cabinetry and fluted glass fronts – an artistic collaboration between Lozi Designs and interior specialist Jennifer Hage Obeid. Deep red quarry tiles are heated underfoot; a Le Corbusier Lampe de Marseille hangs above the bespoke banquet. An arched opening connects the kitchen to the family room: a relaxed setting with a rust-coloured corduroy sofa.

The garden presents itself through a full-width sliding glass wall, where a continuation of the tiling forms a seamless outdoor dining area. A long stretch of lawn unravels beyond, with a pebbled sidepath leading to quiet seating to the rear. Back indoors, a second reception room elsewhere offers respite to relax or work from home.

Crowning the home, the principal bedroom offers calm retreat. Double Velux skylights frame the bed, a bright sweep of white enhances natural light and air conditioning keeps things cool.

Fitted wardrobes offer generous storage space; a stylish en suite is microcement throughout, with caramel subway tiles in the rainfall shower. Three further bedrooms sit on the floor below, both spacious in feel and served by a family bathroom.
