Envisioned by interior experts Trellik Design Studio, Chesterton Road’s jovial aesthetic creates a colourful canvas for family life.

Arranged across the top floor, an inverted layout allows the open-plan kitchen, dining and reception room to capitalise on light. An animated setting for socialising, vibrant pops of neon inject whitewashed walls and floors with an inspiring feel. Black painted sash-windows cast light across a considered lounge space, adorned with traditional armchairs and a Trellik-designed coffee table. A bright yellow ladder backdrops the dining area, drawing focus to a spacious skylight above. Nestled neatly into the rear of the room, a bright line of red brings life to the kitchen’s sleek wooden cabinetry.

Sitting alongside the stairs, a custom-made slide brings a spirited twist to the descent to the sleeping quarters. Crafted with light, uplifting hues, the principal bedroom takes on a meditative tone. A pastel blue ceiling mimics London’s sunny skies, while organic textures create a sense of calm. In the second bedroom, muted tones and wooden floors are complimented by a wall of bespoke storage – a Tetris inspired system made from open-shelves and enclosed cabinetry. Both bedrooms are served by a thoughtfully styled family bathroom, featuring a large bathtub and overhead rainfall shower.

On the home’s half-landing, a bright blue door leads out to a sophisticated terrace, a serene spot to dine or unwind in summer months.
