Unlocking the potential of period townhouses, a Victorian Mission Church and a warehouse-turned film studio, intelligent design and attention to detail comes naturally. With David Tigg and Rachel Coll at its helm, this RIBA Chartered practice thrives on challenges, never shying from complex briefs and demanding limitations. They work closely with clients to develop projects through the design, procurement and construction stages across an impressive remit of high-end residential, mixed-use development, co–living and private rented schemes.

TiggColl are also involved in civic projects, inspired by the ability of well-designed spaces to foster social connections. Renovating the Old Acton Library and transforming an old art deco building into a community and arts hub, they recognise how the built environment can form a sense of community.
