Surrounded by colourful bougainvillea and ancient olive trees, this recently refurbished 17th-century finca immerses you in rural Ibiza. Gathering loved ones is easy in Miraflores; five bedroom suites to retreat to after days spent moving between the pool, the outdoor dining area and the shaded al-fresco lounge. A canopied swinging bed offers a different perspective of the manicured lawns, thriving greenery and the hillside beyond.

Inside, timber silhouettes and exposed wood ceiling beams ground polished concrete floors. Social spaces take their cue from nature with furnishings carved from natural materials. The soft-toned reception and dining area draw in natural light and are arranged to maximise conviviality. The wood-clad kitchen is fitted with a breakfast bar and subtle, integrated appliances.

Exposed brick and wooden trusses press rewind in the bedrooms and bathrooms but the features here are thoroughly modern. Expect waterfall showers and a freestanding bath. An outdoor shower area and tub for soaking with a view. Or open doors to balconies for views of the sunset.
