ST QUINTIN AVENUE
Cosy up in this inviting home, filled with West London charm...
When this property was purchased in 2010, the owner was immediately attracted by the very large bedrooms and the huge landscaped garden.
Interior designed by Kelly Hoppen, it was beautifully enchanting yet also endearing, with memories and sentimental objects placed throughout. We’ve all seen boho-chic, but this home felt different. It had more of a sophisticated take, where each part had been lovingly considered by the owner. “I love the idea of living in the country, but I can’t leave London just yet, so I wanted to bring a cosy feel into my home but with a modern twist. When you shut the door, it really feels as if you are away from everything – you can’t hear any roads and you wake up in the morning to hear birds singing”, the owner said at the time.
The well-designed kitchen and dining area had given the home a perfect entertaining space, while beyond was the stunning snug sitting area.
There were two double bedrooms that were thoughtfully designed with en-suite bathrooms and a range of fitted wardrobes.
“W10 is amazing,” said the owner. “It’s like a village with its lovely local shops. It’s also just a short walk from Portobello Road’s incredible restaurants”.
