Linden Gardens, W2
Oh hello, we think we're going to be friends.
With crisp whites, exposed brick, minimalist detail, awesome light and a lateral layout, this Scandi-inspired apartment ticked a lot of boxes. The perfect backdrop for their owner's collection of statement furniture and coloured pieces, the space is instantly enchanting and somewhere you could picture in Copenhagen or Stockholm.
The property was located on the fifth floor of a stucco-fronted building and thus enjoyed an insane double-height, loft-style living space. Open plan and with the home's signature white, the space felt beyond its size all the while incredibly dynamic.
Bursts of colour came by way of furniture in the kitchen including a vibrant orange SMEG fridge, table and chairs and the indoor plants dotted around. Proving the power of colour, the owner undoubtedly excelled themselves here.
Also on this level were the two spacious double bedrooms and one bathroom, while the top level was wholly taken over by the incredible decked roof terrace. With far-reaching views, potted plants and above all space, the terrace was the perfect retreat for the summer.
